My guns broke, what next?
Below we have compiled a quick list of steps you can take to try and fix your replica yourself; otherwise, proceed further down this page->
Troubleshooting
Blowback Issues
Blowback issues can be caused by many things, from broken parts, to simple things like low gas. Below is a list of easy to fix issues.
- Low gas can cause issues, please make sure you are using a near full can.
- Airsoft guns don't like the cold, make sure your gun and magazine are around 70F before firing.
- Make sure your replica is well lubricated, apply silicone oil onto any parts where friction may be found.
- When filling your magazine, please do so upside down.
- If you own an AEG with blowback, none of these will apply. The most simple cause of error is lack of BBs in your magazine for said scenario.
Leaking Magazine
For a leaky magazine, there is little you can do without disassembly. Please contact us for a replacement.
BBs don't come out
If the BB does not leave the barrel, whether AEG or gas, the chance of revival without a technician are slim. Here are a few things that may help though:
- Turn your hop-up off (if applicable)
- Make sure your magazine is loaded
- In the case of GBB guns (or odd balls like the PSG) please make sure you rack the slide/ bolt carrier when you insert a new magazine
